Kevin Hardman

Kevin cares deeply about creating vibrant, human-centered, and fully regenerative places.

Kevin has spent 25 years in urban development working with investors, municipal officials, political leaders, advocates, and a diverse citizenry to build cities that are more diverse, equitable, and competitive.

A lifelong urban advocate, Kevin spent years in the Chicago real-estate development community transforming the Cabrini-Green housing development into a sustainable, mixed-income, mixed-use neighborhood.

Kevin led the team that launched and significantly expanded Bublr Bikes, Milwaukee's bike-sharing system. He also led the Wisconsin Bike Fed, which the team grew into the largest statewide bicycle organization in the country.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Notre Dame. He serves as the board chair of the Parking Reform Network and is a board member of the Chris Kegel Foundation.
