WHY?

The prevailing practice of designing and building is broken. Communities are fractured and disconnected. There is a dramatic lack of housing that is affordable. Most places are only reachable by an automobile, often ugly and unloved. Building based on extraction and exclusion to maximize profit has contributed to environmental crises, drastic wealth inequality, and communities lacking care. We are facing a crisis of loneliness and isolation.

Our approach to changing the industry does not come from a place of naivete. It is built upon 40+ years of experience. We established Threshold Equity to leverage Threshold Development’s successes, bringing our vision and aspirations to discerning investors.
